Our apartment in Parador, Nerja – ticks all the boxes for “location, location and location”. The house is located in the Parador area , 5 minutes from the absolute centre. It is located on the edge of Parador which is closest to the absolute centre of Nerja. This gives you a few minutes easy walk, no hills or stairs, to the EU balcony, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Yet you live in a quiet area and avoid traffic and disturbing nightlife.

If you want to vary your swimming in the pool, you have 100 m to the nearest beach which is Carabeillo. It is connected to Burriana which is more famous, among other things from a Spanish TV series in the 1980s, Verano Azul. At Burriana you have a wide range of restaurants and cafes.

From the apartment you have a relaxing view of the sea and mountains. For breakfast you can choose between a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool area or the Almijara mountains with El Cielo in the background. In the evening the illuminated pool creates a lovely atmosphere in the garden. If you are lucky, the full moon will be reflected in the Mediterranean Sea.

In the backyard you have access to parking. There are no reserved spaces, just take the one that is available. It is usually not a problem.
