Below our house is the nearest beach, Carabeillo, about 100 m from us. It is a slightly secluded but popular beach. In summer you have to be out early to get a good spot. The beach continues to the classic Playa Burriana.

Burriana is perhaps the most famous beach in Nerja. It is long and wide. In the summer it is completely filled with sunbathing holiday makers. Next to Burriana there are a large number of restaurants.

A small, secluded beach is Carabeo, which can be reached from the pedestrian street Calle Carabeo. The beach is surrounded by steep rocky edges that give it a special character.

There are several larger beaches, Torrecilla, Salon and Playazo, which are located adjacent to the nearby neighborhoods. In addition, there are several smaller beaches between the larger ones.

All beaches have free entry. If you want to rent parasols and deck chairs, you can rent it at some of the beaches. But it is also fine to bring your own.
